2026 Salt Lake City Supercross – 250SX East/West Showdown LCQ | Round 17
The 250SX Last Chance Qualifier at the 2026 Salt Lake City Supercross is the final LCQ of the entire season — and at Rice-Eccles Stadium on the last night of the 2026 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, the riders who missed the heat race transfer spots have one last opportunity to earn their place in the Dave Coombs Sr. East/West Showdown main event.
There is no race on the Supercross calendar that carries quite the same emotional weight as the season finale LCQ. For some riders, this is the last chance to end their 2026 Supercross campaign on the main event gate — a final opportunity to deliver a result that defines how their season is remembered. For others, it is a chance to keep championship implications alive for one more race. Either way, every rider on that gate is leaving absolutely everything on the Rice-Eccles Stadium track.
The combined East and West division field in the Salt Lake City LCQ makes the competition for transfer spots as fierce as it gets anywhere in the 250SX class all season long. Riders from both divisions who have raced separate schedules for the majority of the year now find themselves fighting side by side for the same handful of main event spots on the biggest night of the season.
The clock is ticking, the transfer spots are limited, and there are no more second chances after this. The 2026 250SX season ends tonight — and for the riders in the LCQ, it ends right here if they cannot find a way through.
