250 Moto 2 at Spring Creek and Round 7 of the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross Championship is heading toward its conclusion in Millville, Minnesota. With the Round 7 overall on the line and a track that has developed through the day, the second moto brought another chapter of what has been a brilliant 250 season in 2026.

250 Class Moto 2 — Spring Creek

Spring Creek holds up well across a full day of racing but by Moto 2 the lines have tightened and the track has taken on a different character. The natural terrain sections get rougher, the rhythm lanes develop ruts, and the physical demands of a full day at Millville start to show in the closing laps. For the 250 class that means the riders with the best fitness and the sharpest racecraft are the ones still finding lap time when everyone else is fading.

The 250 Championship With Four Rounds to Go

Seven rounds down and four to go — the 2026 250 championship is entering its final stretch and the tension in the paddock is building. Every point scored at Spring Creek is a point that could decide the title at Ironman in August. Riders at the top of the standings know exactly what they need to do and those chasing know they are running out of opportunities to close the gap.

Spring Creek delivered another quality 250 moto and the series now heads to Washougal MX Park in Washington for Round 8 — a Pacific Northwest track with its own unique character and a history of producing dramatic championship moments.
