Round 9 at Unadilla closes out with 450 Moto 2 — and the premier class wrapped up the New York weekend with a final moto that delivered everything the championship moment demanded. Two rounds left in the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross season, a title fight that could go down to the wire, and a roughed-up Unadilla track that spared nobody. This is the business end of outdoor motocross.
450 Class Moto 2 — Unadilla
Late in the day at Unadilla the track is at its most treacherous. The off-camber sections that define this venue are fully rutted and unpredictable, the rhythm lanes have lost whatever forgiveness they had in the morning, and the physical and mental demands of racing Unadilla at championship pace in Moto 2 are about as high as they get anywhere on the outdoor circuit. The 450 riders who lined up for that second gate drop knew exactly what was at stake — and they delivered a final moto worthy of the occasion.

Two Rounds Left — Budds Creek and Ironman Await
Unadilla is done and the 2026 AMA Pro Motocross 450 championship has just two rounds remaining — Budds Creek in Maryland and the season finale at Ironman Raceway in Indiana. The points situation after New York tells the story of where this title is heading but in motocross nothing is decided until the gate drops for the very last time. Riders with leads know they cannot afford to relax and those chasing know that Budds Creek next weekend is their last real chance to change the outcome before Ironman settles it all.
The 2026 outdoor season is heading toward one of the most anticipated finales in recent memory. Stay locked in.
